By using Peekrs you agree to these terms. Peekrs is an 18+ platform. Misuse will result in permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Peekrs. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this cannot be verified.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Peekrs to:

Display, share, or solicit sexually explicit content
Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users
Share content involving minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to record sessions without the other party's consent
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to connect to the platform
Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to permanently ban any user who violates these Terms, without notice. Severe violations (including but not limited to CSAM or threats of violence) will be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Monitoring & Moderation

Peekrs sessions are subject to monitoring for abuse and violations. By using the platform, you consent to this. Video and audio content is not recorded by our servers — monitoring refers to behavioural signals, reports, and metadata.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peekrs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the service. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peekrs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including harm caused by interactions with other users.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you share. By using Peekrs you grant us a limited licence to transmit that content to facilitate the service. We do not claim ownership of your likeness or communications.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
